Machine Learning and Deep Learning in Petrology
The fundamental elements of ML and DL will be explored by the DCs’ cohort. The format will be a mixture of lectures (40%), practical lab work (20%), and a project (40%).
REALISE School 2
Petrologic Analytical Acquisitions and Multimodal Data
Petrological tools providing analytical and textural data will be explored. The format will be a mixture of lectures (30%), practical lab work (30%) and a project (40%).

Workshops and Specializations
Workshops
Workshops are designed to promote and facilitate cooperation among DCs, enhance their awareness of organizing scientific events, and increase their exposure to industry and other relevant employment sectors. Ideally, the workshops will be held as pre-conference events at major international conferences.
Specializations
The specialization training will allow deepening individual skills in a specific Research Activity. To this end, DCs can choose short schools offered by REALISE specialists in the field or by invited external, outstanding experts. Such tutorials are mainly offered shoulder-to-shoulder at major international conferences.
